This exciting playground improvement is replacing an old wooden playground structure dating back to the early 1990’s.  The scope, funded by through the Penny for Parks program and Park Impact Fees, includes the replacement of the existing tot lot and the expansion of the playground footprint to include equipment for all ages.  The Starr Farm community has been working hand in hand with BPRW, which included a community-wide meeting (or charrette), to develop the design features of the playground.  The expanded play area will feature the City’s first-ever tensile climbing structure, along with several other awesome features.  Installation is slated for July.  Look for grand opening details later this summer!
