Additional Information About Perkins Pier Marina

Perkins Pier Marina is our seasonal boater marina, located at the base of Maple Street in Burlington Harbor. Perkins Pier can accommodate small boats up to 27’ on our docks and boats up to 34’ on our moorings. The site has many public amenities, including restrooms, a playground and ample parking.

Perkins Pier is a unique urban stop on the Lake Champlain Paddler’s Trail. Paddler’s will find free kayak/canoe storage and easy access to all the amenities Downtown Burlington has to offer.

WND&WVS provides free demo SUP boards and lessons! Stop by and find out what the craze is all about.

Perkins Pier is the home port for Maritime Museum’s Lois McClure, a replica of an 1862 canal schooner. The museum also offers day camp programming and a waterside maritime history exhibit underneath the tent.

The City is also actively pursuing an expansion of the Marina at Perkins Pier. To see a conceptual plan click here.
