Additional Information About Perkins Pier Marina

Perkins Pier Marina is our seasonal boater marina, located at the base of Maple Street in Burlington Harbor. Perkins Pier can accommodate small boats up to 26’ on our docks and boats up to 32’ on our moorings. The site has many public amenities, including restrooms, a playground and ample parking.

Perkins Pier is a unique urban stop on the Lake Champlain Paddler’s Trail. Paddler’s will find free kayak/canoe launch and easy access to all the amenities Downtown Burlington has to offer.

Parking

Paid lot year-round, $2.30 per hour or $8.30 for the Day (Sunrise to Sunset). $10 for car and trailer. Burlington Parks Season Passes and Green Mountain Passes*  are accepted.

You can purchase a Burlington Parks pass at North Beach and The Community Boathouse.

*Green Mountain Passes are issued through VT State Parks and available for purchase at City Hall.  If you are 62 years or older and a Vermont resident, or a Vermont resident who is a veteran who has been honorably discharged from active duty in US armed services, you are eligible for a lifetime day entry pass into the parks called the Green Mountain Passport.
