The City of Burlington operates two marinas in Burlington’s Harbor: Community Boathouse Marina and Perkins Pier.

Community Boathouse Marina

The Community Boathouse Marina offers boaters transient dockage, services, public access to views, and a fantastic, dockside restaurant, Splash at the Boathouse.  Find hourly dockage, moorings or overnight dockage with access to shopping, amenities, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance.

Come pull up a seat in one of our Adirondack chairs located on our fully public dock and enjoy the best view in town!

Perkins Pier

 
 
Perkins Pier Marina is the City of Burlington’s seasonal-boater marina, located at the base of Maple Street in the Burlington Harbor. Perkins Pier can accommodate small boats up to 26’ on our docks and boats up to 32’ on our moorings. The site has many public amenities, including restrooms, a playground and ample parking.

Perkins Pier is a unique urban stop on the Lake Champlain Paddler’s Trail. Paddler’s will find free kayak/canoe launch and easy access to all the amenities Downtown Burlington has to offer.
