Holiday Tree Collection

Leave your holiday trees by the curb the night before. BPRW and DPW will come and collect them all.

Holiday Trees ONLY – No wreaths, garland, tree branches or other festive decorations will be accepted.

Trees should be free of all decorations: bases, wire, ornaments and decorations.  Trees brought out too early may result in being blown into the streets and sidewalks or becoming frozen in the snow and ice.  If it’s been snowing, please WAIT until your street has been plowed before putting your tree out. We won’t dig them out if they get frozen in place, and we’d don’t want to find them all in the spring. Thanks!

We recycle the trees to fuel Burlington Electric and BTV’s power needs.
