Waterfront Park is a destination for outdoor events and festivals. The lakeside lawns are a prefect backdrop for some of Vermont’s most popular events like the VT City Marathon, Grand Point North Music Festival, Brewfest and more. These events are permitted in accordance with Act 250 and are reviewed and approved annually. There is limited availability for additional rentals. At several points throughout the summer, the Bike Path will be closed to allow for festivals and events taking place on the Waterfront. This is done in accordance with our Path Closure Policy.
