“Texaco Beach” is the City’s only dedicated Dog Beach providing water access to canines year-round. The beach is conveniently located near the Waterfront Dog Park with access off of the Burlington Greenway.
The property was purchased in 2016 along with Kieslich Park thanks to support from the Vermont Land Trust, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, Burlington’s Conservation Legacy Fund, National Park Service Land, Water and Conservation Fund, and a generous donor.
Restrooms: The nearest restrooms are at North Beach (seasonal).
Parking: The nearest parking areas are North Beach (seasonal) and Waterfront Park (pay at kiosks).
