Louisa Howard Chapel

The historic Louisa Howard Chapel is located in Lakeview Cemetery at 455 North Avenue, Burlington, VT. It was gifted to the City by local philanthropist Louisa Howard. The Chapel was built in 1882 in High Victorian Style and has been fully restored and was rededicated in 2006. It was entered into the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Rentals

The chapel is available to the public to rent for funerals and private events.

Weekends, Holidays, or start time after 2:00 p.m. (3-hour minimum on Weekends & Holidays)….$150.00 per hour

Rental with interment on same day, regardless of day or start time………………………………………$100.00 per hour
