Fitness in the Parks
SoulShine Yoga
Flow in body and breath by the beautiful Lake Champlain! Join Marissa Pappalardo on Mondays and Catherine Hamilton on Wednesdays for Lakeside Flow, 6:15 – 7:15 p.m. REGISTRATION REQUIRED THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.
Brought to you by SoulShine Power Yoga – Downtown, this all-levels Vinyasa practice combines flowing movements, strength-building, and deeper stretches, and is suitable for practitioners of all abilities. Please bring your own mat, props, water, sunscreen, and anything else you’ll need to be comfortable!
Located at Lake Champlain Navy Memorial — 3 College Street, Burlington (directly south of the ECHO Center). Accessible from the bike path with easy, nearby parking too!
Sangha Studio
Sangha Studio is a nonprofit, donation-based yoga studio with three locations in Burlington and Williston as well as an online platform. Our mission is to build a community for all through yoga + connection. We do this through a choose your own donation membership, donation-based drop-in classes, and service programs that work with specific populations historically marginalized within the yoga industry. Try a class with us this summer!
