Are you looking forward to spring already, and getting a garden started? If you’re still developing your green thumb, or if you want to grow your own fresh vegetables, but not sure where to start? Join the Community Teaching Garden – a 22-week, beginner organic gardening course. Adult participants learn how to plant, cultivate, harvest, and preserve produce from their own plot and from shared garden space in a cooperative learning environment. Class takes place at the Ethan Allen Homestead (in the New North End) on Monday and Thursday evenings, following the rhythm of the growing season from May – October.
