Additional Information About Oakledge Park

Oakledge Park is located in the South End of Burlington, nestled along the shores of Lake Champlain, allowing for beautiful waterfront views. It is home to two beach areas – Blanchard Beach and the Cove. There are two large shelters that are available to rent from May to October, a playground, the world’s first accessible tree house, walking trails, tennis, bocce and volleyball courts, charcoal grills, picnic tables, bathrooms and lots of open grassy areas for you to enjoy.

Parking

The gate to the main parking areas is open from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm.

The southern parking lot has accessible parking spaces. Six additional accessible parking spaces are located near the entrance and adjacent to the northern shelter.

A dual-port EV charger and two parking spaces are located near the main entrance.

Parking Fees: June to October, $2/hour (Sunrise to Sunset). Pay at kiosk or ParkMobile App (Zone 5818). Visit our parking page for more information!

Paddle Rentals

Oakledge Shelters

Nestled on the shore of beautiful Lake Champlain are rentable shelters at Oakledge. They are suitable to host gatherings of up to 70 or 80 people such as birthday parties, company picnics and family/friend reunions with access to the following amenities:

  • Direct access to 9 miles of bike path
